Multiplayer vs Zombies for Nail Gun Camo Challenges

Hey everyone,

So I've been black ops 6 bot lobbiessplitting time between Multiplayer and Zombies trying to knock out Nail Gun camos in Black Ops 6. After testing both modes extensively, I figured I’d write a breakdown of which is better for each category.

Multiplayer Pros:

Fast-paced = more kills per minute.

Good for sprint kills, kills while sliding, and back shots.

Better challenge tracking thanks to HUD overlays.

Great playlists available 24/7 (like Shipment-style maps).

Multiplayer Cons:

You die a LOT, which slows down streaks and multi-kills.

Players move unpredictably; flanking is harder.

Ammo limitations are real unless you’re using Scavenger.

Zombies Pros:

Great for Pack-a-Punch kill challenges.

Easy to farm kills after reload, while jumping, or affected by perks.

Crowd control lets you do multi-kill challenges easier.

Chill and less stressful than PVP.

Zombies Cons:

Slower camo tracking (no HUD overlays).

No “back kill” equivalent—some camos just aren’t available.

Mid/late-round grind can get repetitive.

My Verdict:

Start in Zombies to warm up and get the easy “mass kill” or perk-related challenges done. Then head to Multiplayer and tackle the tougher skill-based ones like sprint or multikills. Switching modes keeps the grind fresh and makes it way less frustrating.

Would love to hear from others—what’s your favorite mode for camo grinding the Nail Gun?
